We are closely monitoring the updates around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Although for the time being our region is mildly affected, we want to act fast and ensure we’re taking all the precautionary measures to avoid any risks.

This is why we’d like you all to pay extra attention and implement the following guidelines:

Appointments only. You are our VIP’s so we want to keep us all safe and well. Please do not just turn up at the gate. Call us on: 0800 027 2668 to arrange access, we don’t want to turn you away.

Face masks to be worn at all times on entering our facilities. Please make sure we look after each other and bring your mask with you. If you forget… don’t worry we have some you can purchase.

Visitors must scan our QR code using the NHS COVID-19 app to help trace and stop the spread of coronavirus.

Our general office is closed to the public but don’t worry, we are still here for you. If you require any assistance, we have an allocated, fully sanitised, safe space/meeting room for social distanced one to one conversations.

Hours of operation: We continue to offer the same hours as before and will keep you posted on future changes.
